I evaluated this add-on in December. After uninstalling, it left behind some trouble. For example, I was unable to modify or add VB usergroups.

MySQL Error : Unknown column 'mgc_cb_evo_permissions' in 'field list'
Error Number : 1054

In case anyone runs into this same problem, I found this to be the solution:
