Has anyone done or know of a way to limit what hyperlinks are posted in sigs?

We'd like to setup the board where the general populace could use hyperlinks. But ONLY links to threads on our site.

We'd also like to allow other groups. (Vendors, staff, exc.) The ability to use any link they wish.

I understand how we can prevent a group from using hyperlinks in sigs completely. But we'd like to just disallow links to other sites from certain groups.
