I almosted bolded part of your post when I quoted it but I was actually referring to the dynamic meta tags that you said where not needed. I'd disagree with that, also the "SEO" url's can be good but more important is making sure your content is optimized and you have Canonical URL's, which for the most part is what "SEO" url's try to achieve.
Next to content and structure, I'd focus on backlinks.
