Since about 2010 the only meta tag that Google has taken notice is the Description meta tag, Key word meta tags are only relevant to news sites.

Look at the features it has, VB has a lot of these built in, those that it hasn't can be got elsewhere on the net for free.

I agree with the principle that good content will eventually get you a good rank, there is not SEO program that can do that, Once you get good content, people will start to link to you, it just takes time and hard work, there is no longer a quick fix to SEO.
