Care to back that up with some evidence? I have done the research on this and it is pretty clear that Google is focusing on content and trying to move away from tricks like seo friendly urls. With the algo changes in the past couple years these things are getting less and less important.

While there are still things that can be done to improve urls they do not require a big bulky program to do so.

While they still may have some value my opinion is that the built in Vbulletin seo'd urls will work just as good as any other. More emphasis should be on your sites content then urls.
