I installed it for a client. If you have Vbseo and are trying to get rid of it and want to keep existing url structure then it is great but expensive if you want updates and branding removal. If you do not have Vbseo currently then you do not need an seo mod.
Google places more emphasis on content. Things like seo friendly urls, dynamic meta tags, etc just are not important any more. Plus, if you still want seo friendly urls, Vbulletin has them built in.
I will say though that Fillip and everyone else at Dbtech provide great support and write/rewrite great mods. In my opinion though it is not wise to rely on such a major third party addon. it makes things more complicated and e3xpensive and ther benefits are very limited if any these days.
