You are absolutely and 100% incorrect sir, Read the page You redirected me to again. If you don't have access to the php.ini file you can modify your CONFIG.PHP file.
Gotta pay a little more attention when you read things people send you.
Thanks though. I have fixed the issue via config.php, my php.ini is still accurate and needs no change, it has not been changed in months and works perfectly for all other scripts. It's vbulletin that has the issue on this or once with 4.2.2
