vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Can't View Attachments in CMS Articles?

For some reason, the attachments (photos) are not displaying in articles on the CMS area. They are showing as links but not displaying as photos.

Is there a permissions setting for this area of the site? I searched admincp for it and have not been able to find the setting for it. I just upgraded to 4.2.2.

Any help would be appreciated.
