Is there a mod that enables one to auto PM users when they are promoted from one user group to another? I've searched and found nothing, and I thought this would be something that would be implemented by default. Users could be notified of what their usergroup's permissions are and what additional forum they can access. Is their anything out there for vBulletin 4.x?
