Most probably you didn't read my post. It's not the infractions that bother me, I know I can define my own. it is how the system works that is not satisfactory. Tell me this:

- How can a moderator know that a member has already some infractions. Say he spots a borderline post and he wants to know if this member has any prior infractions. He can't tell by checking his post, he has to go to his profile to see the past infractions.

- How can he issue two infractions for the same post? A bad language one and a wrong forum one, for example. He can't, period.

- Why should a moderator type a PM every time he issues an infraction? Why can't the text of the PM be predefined?

These and several other issues are what is bothering me with this system, not the infraction levels.
