Yeah the vote counts is quite a sad thing, and another trend I noticed, is there are quite a few users that download mods, use them on their site, but do not mark as installed. I am hoping the new year will start to change that, but it's a long shot.

In the old days, we used to emphasize that in our modification threads. (And not just to Mark as Installed, but to also nominate.) And I notice it's not emphasized to extent it used to be. Probably, in part, because people had finally gotten used to doing it for the most part. It might just be that it needs to be emphasized again in some of the newer mods. People used to be really strict about providing support users who had failed to mark the modification.
