This may sound alittle strange, but hopefully not too much.

I have a referal thing on my forums where a member gets points when they refer someone (i'm sure some of you might also have this). But it becomes long and tedious to always have to go into the admin cp and give that user points. Is there a way to have it so maybe in the userprofile of that person there is a referal points button, where if you press it it will give them the amount for referring.

BUT--there is still one other problem. Alot of times when someone refers someone the member never posts. Is there a way to automate it so that, after hitting the referal points button it will count up until the person referred has X posts (like 10) and then when that person is at X posts the member who referred him will get the money.

eh? eh? I know this probably sounds way too confusing or possibly difficult, but this would be cool.
