I have the same problem. The User Ranks doesn't change.

Everything is setup: The Usergroup is define, The promotion condition is set, and the user ranks is define. But it just that, it didn't promote the members when they reached the condition. Further the rank sometime shown, and other time don't.

Any Kind help?
