When i added that .htaccess code and removed www in site url, i was getting error in firefox that :

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
In chrome the error was:

The site has a Rediretion loop
After that i restored the last htaccess file and added www in site url in vb options...

Eddie, Please tell me a better solution, if possible can we have a team viewer session please..?
