Check in vboptions/Site Name and URL, make sure all is correct.

BACKUP YOUR .htaccess file before you edit it

Check your .htaccess file for the following. Add this if it does not have it.

I tried logging in with and without WWW without success on your site with the test account you posted.

IN vboptions, Site Name & URL, remove WWW, that should correct your issue.
