Thanks guys -- I may have it narrowed down to "usergroups" and settings. As an ADMIN I can post anything that's cut and paste and it will hold the format. As a "USER" I can't.

I'm gonna flip through those parameters now and see what's up.

IT's a fresh 4.2.2 install.

Yup - was individual set. I'll have to make full enhanced the standard for all new registering users.
