I've got a problem with double posts

It's not every time, some times an alert box pops up asking if you want to leave the page, or stay on page, other times you just get a double post without a warning.

It's starting to really annoy members.

I'm also getting this appear in the header :

I don't know if thats connected or not.

Action taken so far, I've disabled recent plugins one at a time to see if it goes, just when you think it has it happens again.
It happens in IE and Firefox, I'm running the latest versions of both.
