vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Automatic DST Setting Not Working for a Co-Worker

One of our other admins is in the Eastern time zone, which is three hours ahead of me (Pacific time), and he observes DST. However, for some reason, the "automatically detect" setting doesn't work for him and he has to manually set it to on or off.

Any ideas what the issue could be?
