This is basically a frontpage mini portal for vBulletin, but with moveable, optional columns and blocks, you can use all, none or anywhere in between. As well theres an optional left column in the forums.

It does not contain the PHPNuke addons of the full vbPortal, such as Weblinks, Banner Ads and Downloads etc...

It does install into the same directory of vbulletin where the full version does not (Yet
