My site is http://globalhax.com/ then after logging in and clicking on logo http://globalhax.com/forum.php so where and how do i make a new php? ftp? cpanel?

I would like my home page to be http://globalhax.com and then forums to be http://globalhax.com/forum. So what would i have to name the file?
