I use this plugin, as long as the video is from youtube that is, and then use this link to pull in the full rss feed.
Copy the rss feed from the site you want to pull info from into that page which will then give you a link to copy into your "URL rss feed". Make sure "Convert HTML to BB Code" is ticked yes. And in the body template...I have it as:
{feed:description}
and this will pull in images, video....and corresponding links as well.
