I have a PHP application which takes care of user management, payments, subscriptions, licenses etc. I want to integrate this application with vbulletin v4.1.x so that all of its user management, payments, subscriptions, licenses are taken care by my app and vbulletin will just have to be a forum.

So, when a user logs in to my app, and tries to access forum, my app takes care of checking is user has licenses etc. After all of it is passed, most important thing is i want user to be auto-logged in.

Can you please point me in the right direction?
