I actually have this same exact problem - it only happened after my 4.2.2 upgrade failed to even run. (or I upgraded the tapatalk to 4.8) - those are the only 2 things I did that could've changed this)

Any ideas..

What's weird is it works through the mobile app, but on the actual site - my dropdown is empty, it's really annoying.

I rebuilt everything through the admin as well - didn't help.
