I want my html widgets to have the option to either show the title or not show the title. example I want the ones showing the 2013 game schedule, links and rss feeds to show the title but the ones with ads to look the same in div size without the title

the background image is 50x100 so it should show properly but for some reason in the html widget it doesnt show that size without the title
