For your attachments, you should use a full path. /domains/blah/blah is not your full path. Most likely it is something like /home/something/domains/blah/blah/blah and, it also is NOT recommended to store the attachments within the /public_html directory because then they are directory accessible to anyone. Instead, they should be stored at the same level as the /public_html directory.
