Default If first post contain, then show warning
I have a list of domains which are promoted by paid posters, they post fake reviews.
I want to warn all THread visitors that this thread might contain fake reviews.
Maybe an text in first post would do, Vbulletin dont allow this, only Advertisement is shown when user criteria match, not post content..
