Please ensure you're using an FTP program and not the File Manager in cPanel, and drag & drop the entire contents of the upload folder to the folder your forums are in

I use WinSCP, and after reloading the files again, still not working. not sure what to tell you. This is not my first rodeo at adding hacks to vb.
