I installed this style on a clean install of 5.0.4 - it installed ok, but when the style was selected many issues came up. Also - I learned that you cannot re-import old forum data into a fresh install (according to Vbulletin's Support team. )
Fixed all issues. Previous issues do not exist anymore.
