Hey Guys i want to Add 1 Subforum to 3 Forums is that possible to add its Posts and Threads in all 3 forums??

If so how can i do that?

I need to force users to Use Password:
Upper Case + lower case + numbers + Capital's

How can i force users?
Ex:
Pa$$Word1
Us3r123

or something like that.

I want users to use passwords like this, how can i force them??
