It just popped up. It's not displayed when I'm logged into my Admin account, but it shows up from my "regular user" account. This is the case across multiple styles, not just the one in the picture, which would indicate that it's not a style-related issue (right?).

Any help would be appreciated.

Of course, as soon as I post, I found the stylevar. It's the "notices background". Making it transparent is a temporary fix.

The next question would be why would it have popped up like that? How do I actually get rid of it...making it transparent doesn't actually remove the bar - so it's still there taking up space even though it's transparent.

And...turning it to "transparent" in another skin makes it black - not transparent. What the.
