Ok, here's the scenario: We're going to have an online political forum where a political candidate answers questions posed by the site members.
The admin will set up a forum and start a thread for this purpose. To keep hecklers and inappropriate posts from showing, all posts made will be moderated. The candidate will be made a moderator of this particular forum so that he can see all posts made, and choose which ones he wants to respond to. If he uses the "reply with quote" option, then the original question will be included with the reply.
It would be great if the candidate could control this process on his own without teaching him how to moderate posts. We expect a pretty good amount of traffic for this so cutting down on the moderation part would be helpful. So as it stands now, without having to teach the candidate how to moderate and to spend his valuable time moderating, we're going to have him respond and then an admin will approve every post the candidate makes.
If there's a better way to do this, I'm all ears, but this is the easiest way I saw of doing it.
