No easy way to set up the weekly schedules, other than get someone else to do it

On my site I have the normal moderators AND I also created a "bookmakers" group with the permissions necessary to do the vbookie stuff.

Do you know of a method that can simplify setting up say all the weeks scheduled NFL game's? Or do we have to enter them individually as it appears?
