Yes, you need to extract the folder locally, then use an FTP program (FileZilla is a free one) to connect to your site's FTP (use ftp.yoursite.com as the host, and the same credentials you use to connect to cPanel) and upload the contents of the upload folder to your site

Thanks. I was able to import the product with no errors. I saw in some earlier posts that the like button wasn't working. I'll scan through them again and see what I need to do to fix that.
