We no longer sell VB4 licenses. You buy a VB5 license and you are allowed to use VB4 or VB5 at your choice. Should the day ever come you want to upgrade to VB5 that would be free since you already have a VB5 license.

As for the errors posting to vbulletin.com, it is probably the anti-spam system flagging your posts as possible spam. Unlicensed users posts often need to be manually approved before being displayed on the site.
