Lots of people create mods and graciously release them for public use, then eventually move on. At that point it's up to the users to keep it going and if you read the last page or two of that one you can see it's still working fine.

Thank God the author marked this one as "reusable code" meaning anyone can fix it if it breaks eventually.

Your only other choice is to try the public RSS auto posters like the one I have set up for Facebook. Feeds delayed by hours and a complete bear to get going. Sorry I can't remember the name now as the install burned a hole in my mind.
