On my last forum I had to disable the registration and requested via a post within the forum to have people email me to activate their membership manually, for each member, I had zero members email me and over 1k spam bot members register. I just setup a new forum last night and I don't want to deal with spam and bots and would like to have a normal registration process.
Any suggestions?
