I need some help. On the top of my forum home page, I want it to look somewhat like this:

I'm not too sure on the codes for the avatar and name and stuff, and I can't get the borders to work right. That, and I'd like some creative input if you wouldn't mind. Could someone help me modify it to work in the Forum Home Page template?
