So I uploaded that to the appropriate folder, ran the XML again, but it still doesn't show anything in ACP except General Settings. Are there some files missing or something? The XMLl script didn't complain either time I ran it.

There is nothing else in the settings since vB4.2 was released. All the other settings are found in the Navigation Manager.
