Perhaps I am thinking more in the "movie minded" theme of things.

I get that a lot of people want to go, but until you iron out some of the direct flaws, why not offer it to prisoners who are already used to isolation, and give them a 50/50 chance of success - and perhaps a new start in the process.

Rot in a cage or take a chance at starting a new life? I know which one I'd take.
