On my 4.2.1 download and previous downloads, there are no _thumb.gif files in attach. There are just many copies of a big question mark 60x60 gif. Do these files exist anywhere?

I could not find any by searching for 60x60 here.

I also could not find any on the Internet. Perhaps this is an idea that has never been executed. The only one that appears to exist is txt_thumb.gif.
