Actually, I don't see how a link can help since we can't see the editor. But, what is the exact problem? The fact that you don't see editor buttons? If so, make sure you have it set to show the WYSIWYG editor in both your individual user Settings > General Settings area, and in the admincp in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Message Posting Interface Options > Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls
