Open AdminCp -> PhotoPlog Pro -> PhotoPlog Pro Thumb Settings
Set these values:

Code:

Large Thumb Size: 1200,800
Medium Thumb Size: 800,800
Small Thumb Size: 200,200
Default Thumb Size: Medium

Only after you set these values, upload photos and everything will be ok

If you uploaded the images bigger than specified in "Large Thumb Size" -
The image will be reduced to these values

If the image is smaller than specified in "Large Thumb Size" -
They will be uploaded as is

*Large Thumb Size: 1200 — width ; 800 — height
