Yesterday, I suggested the first thing you do was to make a couple backups. If you did then as @forcehss said you need to restore your backup. Sometimes Host companies backup in case of server failure, however there will be additional fees if they "can" or "will" do this for you. In many cases they will not do it, even if they do backup their entire servers.
