We consider abuse a rule breaker and would quickly penalize the perpetrator. Maybe kick them to a subgroup like Banned Users for a while.

We run as libertarian a forum as we can and you'd pretty much need to kill someone to get banned

This Mod isn't a million miles away from what I want, except it posts to an individuals Twitter account rather than the forums.

I'm not even as skilled a coder to claim to be a novice and I appreciate it's too much to ask someone to carry out this level of mod for me, but I'll plod along and try some stuff to see if I can fluke success and if anyone else is interested and has the skills to complete it and then share then all the better
