The title of this post should have been: "? logging in to AdminCP for new back up"
(my problem is with AdminCP - not CPanel)

I backed up a prod site to staging and have successfully restored the staging server.

But when I try to log in to AdminCP as admin... I can't.
The userID and pwd from prod doesn't work on this newly backed up staging server.
Also, I tried the userID and pwd in my staging config.php file.

What do I need to do to log in to AdminCP ?
