I found the code for where this is located, but have no idea if it's even the right place to edit it, nor do I have any idea where within the code it has to be moved to look right.

My big thing is, I would like the entire What's Going On box moved EXCEPT FOR the Icon Legend, and I have no idea if this is possible... nor how to do it.

I would like this box to go below the header nav bar and above the little "home/house" icon that says "Forum" beside it. -- I THINK!!

OR if it may look better under the forum title, and above where the main forums start.

I used to have my old VB forum set up like this 10 years ago when I first started using vb.

All of my requests I posted today are for a GOOD CAUSE... this forum is for all people living with a neuromuscular disease ... to hopefully one day be a HUGE resource for people living with these diseases (ALS - Aka: Lou Gherigs, all forms of Muscular Dystrophies - Duchenne, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, etc.)

So any help would be appreciated greatly!
