Thank you for your help! I will definitely dig into the link you sent.

But, since I am so new at this, I do have to ask what's a "postbit"? I guess, more specifically, I can see that there are several Postbit Templates, but how do I determine which one I'm looking for? (None of them immediately scream "user profile" or "about me" page.)

And the fields already show up on the desired page, I just want to make them clickable. (I may be confused, but the link you sent seems more about making fields show up someplace they didn't show up previously?)
