BROKEN - DO NOT INSTALL

I installed this style on a clean install of 5.0.2 - it installed ok, but when the style was selected the page displayed badly. I deleted this style, so now I only have the default style. And... the default style is messed up in the same way, with this authors link on the bottom of the default style and the whole page messed up.

Unless this style is updated, kick it to the curb or you will regret it.
