vb.org Archive - View Single Post - New Admin missing CP abilities

I just promoted someone to an Administrator and Moderator. Yet when he logs into the CP he sees only Import, Announcements, Moderation, Statistics and Logs, and vBulletin API.

I've checked the Admin permissions and everything is allowed.

How do I get him permission for the rest of the Control Panel list?
