How can we change where the thumbs box displays? It currently shows up just below the message, which puts it next to the reply buttons if there is no sig, or above the reply buttons if there is a sig.

I can't find how to control where the box shows up below a post?

That exists currently in options. You can access it in admincp here:
yourforum.com/admincp/options.php?dogroup=sc_thumbs&do=options

Options for ban users and ban usergroups will turn it off for members.
